How-To Redeem An App Promo Code

If you’re unsure about how to use an App download/promo code to download an App then read on.

You can either watch the how-to video below or read step by step instructions for computer, iPhone and iPad.

You can redeem an App download code in 1 of 3 ways.

  • iTunes on a computer
  • App Store on an iPhone
  • App Store on an iPad

Computer

  1. Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store
  2. Click on redeem in the top right hand corner
  3. Type in your code

iTunes Redeem App Code

iPhone

  1. Open the App Store app
  2. Tap on the ‘Featured’ tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap ‘Redeem’
  5. Enter in your code.

iPad

  1. Open the App Store app
  2. Tap on the ‘Featured’ tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap ‘Redeem’
  5. Enter in your code.
